Welcome to the Unlimited Sip Club by SampanMan Kelong — a monthly subscription made for true kampong teh & kopi lovers.
By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

🔸 1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement governs your participation in the Unlimited Sip Club (“Subscription”).
By signing up and using your membership, you agree to these Terms and to SampanMan’s Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

🔸 2. Program Overview

The Unlimited Sip Club gives you unlimited access to selected Kelong Teh & Kopi drinks for a flat monthly fee of $15+ (GST excluded).
You can redeem one (1) drink every 2 hours at participating outlets, for dine-in or takeaway.

Included Drinks:

• Kelong Teh O / Teh O Kosong

• Kelong Teh C / Teh Tarik / Teh Tarik Cincau / Teh Gula Melaka

• Kelong Kopi / Kopi O / Kopi Kosong / Kopi C / Kopi Gula Melaka / Kopi Cincau

🔸 3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years old or above to subscribe.

• Each membership is personal and non-transferable.

• Only one membership per individual.

• Program available only at participating SampanMan Kelong outlets in Singapore.

🔸 4. How It Works

1️⃣ Join online – Subscribe for $15+ per month on our official website.
2️⃣ Show your Sip Club code – Present your code at the counter when ordering.
3️⃣ Sip away – Redeem one teh or kopi every 2 hours, any day, any outlet.

🪪 Valid for dine-in and takeaway only. Not valid with other promotions.

🔸 5. Billing & Renewal

• Membership fee is charged once per month upon sign-up.

• No automatic renewal. Subscription ends automatically after 30 days.

• Members can rejoin anytime by subscribing again.

• No refunds or partial refunds for unused days.

• If payment fails, the subscription will not activate.

🔸 6. Changes to the Program

SampanMan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or its benefits at any time without notice.
Any updates will be posted on this page.

🔸 7. Limitations

• Limited to one drink redemption every 2 hours per member.

• Not valid with other discounts, bundles, or group offers.

• Specialty add-ons may incur top-up.

• SampanMan reserves the right to verify membership use and suspend accounts in case of misuse.

 

🔸 8. Cancellation

As there is no auto-renewal, the subscription ends automatically after 30 days.
No refunds or credits will be issued for early cancellation or unused days.

🔸 10. Legal Notice

By joining the Unlimited Sip Club, you acknowledge that this is a prepaid membership service.
Membership cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded.
SampanMan reserves the right to amend these terms or revoke membership in case of fraud or abuse.
